Growing manufacturing company in the wine country of Sonoma County is seeking a Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas relating to the daily accounting operations and periodic financial reporting.  The Controller will supervise one full time accounting staff person and report to the company President.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Month end close and financial statement preparation

·Cost accounting and gross margin analysis

·Comprehensive cash management and forecasting

·Accounts payable and receivable oversight

·Payroll processing oversight

QUALIFCATIONS

· Must have BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting

·Public accounting experience preferred

·5-10 yrs of experience in financial reporting/general ledger area. Experience working in a manufacturing environment (cost accounting) is strongly preferred.

·3-7 years of prior management experience

·Thorough knowledge of GAAP including financial reporting, auditing, and budgeting experience

·Must be PC proficient and strong experience working with Microsoft Suite

·Experience with Quickbooks highly desirable

·Strong verbal, written and organizational skills

           VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES FOR WORLDWIDE LEADER IN PACKAGING


The position is responsible for managing the company and executing all Sales activities for Company in  North America with the objective to generate incremental sales.

REPORTS TO: President and CEO 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage US organization and team

EXPERIENCE:

- At least 5 years of managerial experience including sales activities in companies involved in glass packaging or similar product lines with proven contribution to sales growth and quality of customer relationship.
- Proven ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues and suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 ▪ Proven experience in managing small organizations and leading teams of more than 6 people
 ▪ Proven ability to conduct a focused and productive prospection activity and to grow sales
 ▪ Proven ability to establish trusted and long-term relationship with customers and influencers
 ▪ Extensive experience in glass packaging or related product segment as it relates to the wine and spirits industries with deep knowledge of product and service requirements, with access to portfolio of contacts in the targeted industry and territory
▪ Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to negotiate most profitable terms for the Company
▪ Proven cross-cultural experience in a business environment, especially with European culture
▪ Energetic and creative individual with proven ability to get things done on a timely and professional manner in an entrepreneurial environment within a small structure attached to a large global corporate parent headquartered in Europe 

Applicant must have advanced working knowledge of: ▪ MS Office suite ▪ ERP management (Oracle, QuickBooks, other) – SAP knowledge is a plus ▪ Additionally, CRM systems (SalesForce.com, Act, MS CRM, etc.)
 ▪ Cross-cultural sensitivity and experience to handle relationship with varied customer base, vendors and overseas colleagues (focus: Europe and South America).
 ▪ Basic knowledge in French and Spanish is a plus

EDUCATION:

▪ MBA, or equivalent Master’s degree in related business management discipline complemented by business experience
▪ Training in MS Office tools at advanced level

TRAVEL:

                     SALES MANAGER FOR PROCESS SOLUITONS PROVIDER



Sales manager for North America (USA, Canada and Mexico)

Responsibilities:

- Assess industry and market trends
- Build a sales and marketing strategy based on the sales goals and annual forecasting agreed with management
- Implement strategic sales plan to expand the company customer base, including identifying and contacting potential customers
- Create proposals and negotiate technical and financial terms based on customer needs and requirements.
- Regularly meet with existing customers to discuss their evolving needs and to strengthen our relationship with them
- Represent Company at tradeshows, conferences and industry related events
- Coordinate marketing and sales efforts to capture key demographics
- Provide monthly sales and relationship management reports.

Requirements:

- 5/10 years of experience with a proven track record of sales of equipment in the Wine industry in North America and ability to create and execute sales strategic plans
- Strong knowledge of enology and an interest in technological solutions
- Skilled in building a network
- Self-motivated, energetic, team player and hands-on sales person
- Ability and willingness to travel (about 50% of the time)
- Good writing and communication skills
- Fluency in French would be a plus 




                            
 TECHNICAL SALES REP :  SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA & WESTERN UNITED STATES


Position Summary: Responsible for technical sales, including the promotion, sale, and support of products and services to the beverage accounts in Southern California and western U.S. Primary territory would include Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Imperial and San Diego Counties as well as the states of Arizona and New Mexico. Beverage accounts include brewery, winery, distillery, and juice accounts plus any other industry allied accounts.

General Responsibilities:

1. Develop new business and maintain existing business in the prescribed territory. This is achieved through direct and regular contact with the customer base to introduce and sell new products, maintain the sales of current products, and provide the necessary technical support to satisfy the customer.
2. Become proficient in Company product line and customers’ processes.
3. Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities in the territory.
4. Forecast sales for the territory and achieve performance goals.
5. Prepare quotes and technical information. Create special programs to meet the customer needs.
6. Conduct on sight production and laboratory trials as required.
7. Interface with suppliers, R&D, other sales people, customer service and distributors to support trials, experiments, marketing requirements and sales to customers as required.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of general marketing campaigns as required.
9. Assist with product development.
10. Assist with technical seminars for customers and academic programs as required.
11. Assist with anything else that comes under the scope of general sales and marketing.

Qualifications/Experience/Requirements/ Skills:

1. BS/MS in fermentation/food science or suitable experience, with an understanding of basic chemistry/microbiology.
2. 5+ years’ experience in sales or selling environment, with a strong commercial sense and effective selling, negotiating and closing skills.
3. Extensive beverage processing knowledge (beer, wine, distilling, juice).
4. Able to travel overnight up to 40%.
5. Good communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
6. Team player, strong people skills, self-motivated and ability to work without direct supervision.
7.
